Fun Weekend with Friends

Anna and Jeff came in for their annual weekend visit about a week ago with their girls and we had a weekend of fun!  We ended up having a really great weekend of weather - a little chilly in the mornings, but it was really perfect for walking around because no one got too hot.

On Friday morning we headed over the Zoo to let the girls run around and see the animals.  There is still so much construction going on, but the kangaroos were out and on the path because it was a cool morning so that was really fun to see.

On Saturday morning we got up and headed over the see the tulips at Cheekwood.  We packed a picnic lunch and enjoyed walking around and seeing all the beautiful flowers.

Lil Bit did wake up with a fever and cold that morning, so she wasn't much for taking pictures before lunch, but once we got some food in her she was better!

It was a busy weekend of walking and with 4 girls and 2 pregnant mommas, we rested most of the afternoons and evenings and let the girls enjoy playing with each other.  They have so much fun playing and enjoy being around each other.  So thankful for this time with good long time friends!
