Itching to Expand

So, many of you know that Nate and I had some remodeling done on our house last year and we are so pleased with the changes.  But now I am itching to change some more things.  I think we are going to look into expanding our house and adding another bedroom and possibly a bonus room.  Doing this would allow us to stay in a house and neighborhood that we love a lot longer.

One problem is that we don't really want to use the guy that we did before because we feel like he might be too expensive.  Great, quality work - but we are looking for something a little more reasonable with an expansion this big.

So - if there is anyone out there reading - now would be the time to leave a comment!  We would appreciate any reccommendations of contractors that do good quality work for a resonable expense.  They would have to be able to do an actual addition to the back of the house and not just a remodel.

Also - if we were to move forward, we would have to have one of our trees removed from the back yard.  So if you know of someone that does that for a reasonable expense, please let me know.
