It's official - we have made it 10 weeks and could not be more excited!
We went to my regular OB yesterday for our first check-up with her. Usually by now you do not get another ultrasound, but my doc did us a great favor by letting us get a quick view of our little butter bean. It was very quick and we didn't get to hear the heartbeat, but my oh my - this little guy was dancing around in my belly. This is so weird to think that I have a life moving around now and can't feel it, but it was such a blessing to see it. I wish we could have had a video - Bean is head down and the doc said everything looked good. We start our every month appointments.
More great news from yesterday - we will get to find out the sex of the baby on my 30th birthday! Happy Birthday to me!!! I will start a poll for what people think we are having soon! :) Our vote is boy - but family history suggests it will be a girl - we will see!
