Easter Egg Hunt

Every year Nate's Alma Mater throws an Easter Egg Hunt.  Last year was our first year to go and I was excited for this year because Monkey understood a little more the concept of an egg hunt.  They have lots of games, a bunny to have your picture made with and then the egg hunt at the end.  Yesterday morning was the egg hunt and it was a beautiful day for it!

Monkey did not like having her picture made with the bunny.  She was scared of him again this year so daddy had to sit with her again.  I don't blame her, I was always sacred of costumed creatures!

She played some of the games and got a few prizes, but loved getting the tattoos.  She is very into stamps and these are even better than stamps.  The sweet girls gave her one on her arm and an egg on her cheek.  She sat so still while they put them on her face.

Next came the egg hunt.  Her daddy held her basket for her since it was a little hard with her cast and he helped her hunt for the eggs!  He even picked her up and carried her past the bigger kids so she didn't get trampled on.

Some of her cousins and Doc and GaGa were there to help her go through her loot!

Lil Bit slept in the carrier the whole time, so we tried to get a family picture at the end without waking her up!  You can kind of see her little head.  :)
